This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing extensive engineering and sustainment services for Electronic Warfare Threat Simulators and related training range systems. The required capabilities include sustainment, technical refreshes, cybersecurity, logistics, and the development of new threat simulation and range instrumentation capabilities. The primary place of performance is the Naval Air Weapons Center in China Lake, California, with work also to be performed at the contractor's facility. The anticipated contract vehicle is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. A Cyber Maturity Model Certification Level 2 and the ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information are anticipated requirements.
