The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure eight Simview Simulation Software licenses (PN Z9500A-RFP-1YR) on an other-than-full-and-open basis from Keysight Technologies Inc. as the sole-source manufacturer, with competition among authorized distributors. The RFQ is expected to be posted in SAM on or about 9/16/2026. All responsible sources may submit a quote for agency consideration. Interested entities should maintain an active SAM registration; new, updated, or renewed registrations may require a signed, notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator, and processing may take several days.
