The Naval Air Warfare Center at China Lake, CA intends to procure one Electrostatic Discharge Firing Test System (model M 931D-TC) as a sole-source purchase from Electro-Tech Systems, Inc., while also allowing full and open competition among authorized distributors. The RFQ will be posted on SAM.gov on or about 8/10/26. Interested vendors must maintain an active SAM registration and be certified through the DLIS Joint Certification Program if access to Controlled Unclassified Information or export-controlled data is required.
