The government is seeking offers for the refurbishment and validation of RF absorber material in support of a Large Anechoic Chamber. This is a full and open, firm fixed-price procurement with no small business set-aside, and includes material/freight, nonrecurring engineering/removal/installation, and a CDRL item. Performance will commence on 01 October 2026, with delivery and acceptance required no later than 12 months thereafter. Services will be performed at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA 93042, with f.o.b. destination delivery. Offerors must be registered in SAM and, if needing export-controlled technical data, hold JCP certification.
