The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for six chemical commodities, set aside for small businesses, to support weapons and energetics research. Vendors will be added on a rolling basis over the 60-day response period, with no payment provided for submitted information. Performance of services will be at NAWCWD China Lake, CA, with chemicals delivered Free on Board (FOB) Destination to that location. The maximum value of each individual purchase under a BPA cannot exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Interested parties must provide their Cage Code, UEID, SAM verification, and a capabilities statement indicating their business practice and whether they are a manufacturer or supplier.
