The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division in China Lake, California, intends to competitively procure a Display Paint/Refresh service. The solicitation will be posted on the Beta SAM website on or about January 29, 2026. All contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information. A new notarized letter requirement for SAM registration is also highlighted.
