The Naval Air Warfare Center in China Lake, CA intends to sole source a renewal for 10 Gb internet services to the incumbent, Inyo Networks (Onward), in Vallejo, CA. The justification is that no other provider can handle the current and future growth of the DITAC internet infrastructure. Any other vendor believing it can fulfill the requirement must submit a written capability statement within 5 days of the notice's publication. All responding sources must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must also be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information.
