The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to sole source a follow-on systems engineering training requirement to Exceptional Difference LLC, as they are deemed the only company capable of providing the specific TPI/TSP/PSP methodologies. The work will be performed for the Weapons Division in China Lake, California. Any other firm believing it can fulfill this requirement may submit a written capability statement via email within 5 days of the notice's publication. All interested parties must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
