The procurement is a manufacture sole source to Mini-Circuits and Huber+Suhner, Inc, and competition is restricted to authorized distributors of both manufacturers. The solicitation will be posted on or about November 20, 2025. All responsible sources must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and may require DLIS certification.
