The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division in China Lake, California, intends to procure Maintenance Cart Assemblies through a full and open competition set aside for small businesses. To be eligible, vendors must be active in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to request and review drawings and must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must also be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information. All new and existing SAM registrations require a notarized letter from the authorized Entity Administrator.
