The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to sole-source the procurement of a Table Wing and Heat Pipe Assembly directly to Advanced Cooling Technologies in Lancaster, PA, as the only qualified vendor. This is for a direct replacement part for an existing system. Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement may submit a written capability statement by email within 5 days of the notice's publication for agency consideration. All responsible sources must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors requiring access to Controlled Unclassified Information must also be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS).
