The solicitation will be available for a full and open competition on or about November 5, 2025, on the beta.SAM.gov website. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. Interested parties must proactively maintain an 'Active' status in the SAM.gov system and may need certification through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS).
