The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure Automated Entry Control Systems installation at its China Lake and Point Mugu locations to comply with specific security programs. The procurement will be conducted on an other than full and open competition basis, with the manufacture sole-sourced to Hirsch, while allowing full and open competition among authorized distributors. The solicitation will be posted on or about October 20, 2025. All interested contractors must maintain an active SAM registration, which requires a notarized letter, and must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services to access Controlled Unclassified Information.
