The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division in China Lake, CA intends to procure NVIDIA units on a sole-source, other than full and open competition basis, with competition limited to authorized distributors. The solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website on or about September 4, 2025. All responsible sources must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), and contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information. Entities registering or updating their SAM registration must submit a notarized letter identifying their authorized Entity Administrator.
