The Government intends to purchase an annual renewal of ServiceNow software licenses and hosting on a sole-source, firm-fixed-price basis from Carahsoft Technology Corporation. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement may submit a written capability statement. Responses must be received by the Contracting Office no later than 3 days after the date of publication of this notice. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
