The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to procure Advanced Vector Signal Analysis Software through a sole source manufacturer, Keysight Technologies, with full and open competition among authorized distributors. The solicitation will be posted on the SAM website on or about July 31, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. Interested parties must be registered and maintain an active status in the System for Award Management (SAM).
