The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division intends to procure a requirement on an other than full and open competition basis from China Lake, CA. The requirement is for manufacture, designated as sole source to ZOMBIEBOX INTERNATIONAL INC, with competition limited to authorized distributors. All responsible sources must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), which now requires a notarized letter for registration or renewal.
