The requirement is for one license to develop Ada software for x86 VxWorks 6.x cross-hosted on Windows and one for native x86 Windows development. Any firm believing it can fulfill this requirement may submit a written capability statement by email, which must be received by the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the notice's publication.
