The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to sole source the travel costs for testing and SME support services as one complete package to Global Technology and Management Resources, Inc. in Hollywood, Maryland. While not a request for quotes, firms believing they can provide the entire service package may submit a written response within 5 days of the notice's publication. All interested parties must maintain an active SAM registration, which now requires a notarized letter, and contractors need DLIS certification to access Controlled Unclassified Information.
