The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to sole source a Kelp & Beach Wrack Survey to Ocean Imaging in Littleton, CO, as the only vendor with the necessary historical data for survey comparisons. The work is for the China Lake, CA location. While this is a notice of intent and not a competitive request, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement may submit a written capability statement for consideration within 5 days of the notice's publication. All responsible sources must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
