These are direct replacements parts. All electrical and mechanical interfaces must be identical to existing components. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing they can provide the products fulfilling the requirements, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
