The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following: HCS7600-05-02 Chamber, portable, dual vacuum debulking system This requirement is sole sourced to HeatCon Composite Systems, 480 Andover Park East Seattle WA 98188-7610. Only HeatCon can supply a double debulking system, that will operate with laboratories existing layout and power constraints. Unit must function tabletop (48’X48” max) and connect to 120V outlet. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing they can provide the products fulfilling the requirements, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0249 and must provide a capability statement that clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
