The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following: FS5 Steady State Spectrometer System with Installation & Training 1 LOT This requirement is sole sourced to Techcomp USA Inc.- Edinburgh Instruments, 11840 West Market Place: Suite K and L, Fulton, MD 20759. Only this fluorimeter combines high-sensitivity quantum yield and lifetime analysis capabilities that is required, while also compatible with current building power and space requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing they can provide the products fulfilling the requirements, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0243 and must provide a capability statement that clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
