The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items SPion System Lossless Ion Transfer Interface - 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to Trace Matters Scientific LLC, 909 Rose Ave STE 400, North Bethesda, MD as the only vendor able to provide the SPion System Lossless Ion Transfer Interface that makes a device that couples the LTQ and Opentrons Robot which is a critical function. Any firms believing that they can provide the items SPion System Lossless Ion Transfer Interface may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0213 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
