Pacific Power Source designed the LSX model of power sources as a direct form, fit, and functional (FFF) replacement to the obsolete and unprocurable ASX power sources which are currently in use and WSESRB approved. The acquisition will be for the following: 5 each P/N: 320LSXM/M23006 14 each P/N: 360LSXM/M23004 2 each P/N: 360LSXM/M23005 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the response date of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0175 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 6 August 2024 at 8:00 AM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
