The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items Contex MVP 4-Port Radio Devices - 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to Compunetix Inc., 2420 Mosside Blvd Ste 1, Monroeville, PA 15146-4253 as the only vendor able to provide the Compunetix hardware to ensure compatibility with the existing equipment currently being used for voice communications at all sites. Any firms believing that they can provide the items Contex MVP 4-Port Radio Devices may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0158 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
