The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; quantitative streak schlieren imaging Qty: 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to New Mexico Tech 801 Leroy Place Socorro, New Mexico, 87801 as the only substantial effort to utilize quantitative streak schlieren imaging. Any firms believing that they can provide this requirement may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0099 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
