To provide answers to questions that were missed from the previous cut off date. This concludes all questions and answers. Questions Answers 1. Are Scaled Drawings available, if so please post. Don’t have access to scaled drawing. 2. Are Ceilings Suspended? Or Hard Lid? Open ceiling which will require conduit 3. Are there existing Cable Trays for wiring above ceilings? No cable trays 4 .Can Existing Wiring be utilized? No 5. Is a “UPS” required? If so, What Time/Power Duration is required? No UPS required. The Identiv and Altronix has dual backup batteries. 6. Are “Or Equal” Equipment substitutions allowed? As long as the part specified functions, performs, and has the same quality. 7. Is “Plenum Wire” acceptable? Not for underground. Refer to SOW. 8. Is “After Hours Access” for said work, available to contractor at no add’l cost to the Gov’t? NO 9. What is the height of Exterior Cameras? (If any) Top of existing fence post is acceptable 10. Because of the high cost of the parts can we bill when parts arrive on site, or in the alternative are progress payments allowed? Payment will be Net 30 after completion of Job.
