The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; iHAWK Rackmount System Qty: 1 EA. This requirement is sole sourced to Concurrent Real-time 800 NW 33 St. Pompano Beach, FL 33064 as the only manufacturer and supplier of iHawk and RedHawk software and computer systems. Any firms believing that they can provide the iHAWK and RedHawk software and computer systems may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0088 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
