The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; ARAS Application Software Support- 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to Gorman Software, 7419 Village Dr, Prairie Village, KS 66208 as the only vendor able that can provide this Database Support and Maintenance Renewal for the software currently being used in systems. Any firms believing that they can provide the ARAS Database Support and Maintenance Renewal may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0080 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
