The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Lynx Software Support Renewal - 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to Lynx Software Technologies, 855 Embedded Way, San Jose, Ca 95138 as the only vendor that can provide Lynx Software Support to the software currently being used in systems. Any firms believing that they can provide the Lynx Software Support Renewal may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0057 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
