The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: ChemOffice Software Renewal with 4 Option Years (Qty 20 LOT). This is Manufacture sole source to Revvity Signals Software Inc., with competition among authorized distributors. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at http://beta.sam.gov/ on or about 11/6/2023. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
