The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than a full and open competition basis, the following renewals: TerraGo 2D GeoPDF Publisher for SOCET GXP, UE and CI versions The Terra Go for SOCET GXP renewals are being procured in conjunction with SOCET GXP bundles, as a complete renewal package. The SOCET GXP bundles consisting of: SOCET GXP eXtreme Analysis Targeting Bundles UE, GeoAnalysis Bundles UE, Workflow Improvement Modules UE and Xplorer platforms UE, are sole sourced to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. 10920 Technology Place, San Diego CA, 92127-1874, and will be purchased on GSA schedule GS-35F-351DA. This is not a request for quotes, however any firms believing that they can provide the products, as a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
