Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code’s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI. This requirement is in support of the Cyber Test & Evaluation (T&E) Division, for the development of a Fibre Channel Diagnostic Tool and delivery of two computer interface circuit card, V1151 (400-01151-12-00) Switched Mezzanine Card (XMC) units. Completion of the development and delivery is expected to be twelve months from award of contract. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, New Wave Design & Verification, LLC provides unique capabilities that are not available from any other source. New Wave Design & Verification, LLC is the original designer and manufacturer of the V1151 (400-01151-12-00) XMC and is currently the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to modify and develop new capability within their proprietary Fibre Channel Diagnostic Tool. The modification of the current Fibre Channel Diagnostic Tool requires modification of the FPGA code on the V1151 XMC, where New Wave owns the proprietary intellectual property contained in this code.
