The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with PVP Advanced EO Systems, Inc. for a Night Hawk HD System. The system shall include: F/4 72-1200mm IR zoom MWIR HD 10um 1280x1024 camera with light weight environmental enclosure NightHawk HD Pan & Tilt Gimbal Head w/ Fiber Output Night Hawk SX1600 Visible Camera F/4 40mm-1600mm, 40X, Hi Speed AF (80mm-3200mm w/ 2X Dig Mag) Hawkeye Video Processor, Encoder & Tracker LRIB Electronics interface box assembly w/ DEMUX Copper pedestal interconnect cable 35ft Fiber optic cable 150ft Power cable This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 14 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0170 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
