The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: OS42-0050-A3 Serial Synchronous Converter (Qty 32 each). This is Manufacture sole source to Orion Systems, Inc. with competition among distributors. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at http://beta.sam.gov/ on or about 05/10/2023. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: OS42-0050-A3 Serial Synchronous Converter (Qty 32 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Orion Systems Inc., 430 Lincoln Hwy Suite 200, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. These converters are directly compatible with systems already in use on site and is required to supplement and upgrade the existing infrastructure for Secure Voice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
