The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) TNP-100 PCM Telemetry and IRIG IP Multiplexer (98-020-002-C0) Multi-channel telemetry IP multiplexer and de-multiplexer. Supports 4 channels of PCM telemetry and IRIG services. P/N: 17893, QTY-4. 2) Dual Unit Rack Mount Kit (98-060-001-A0) Rackmount kit for mounting two units side-by-side in a standard 19" racks. Compatible with all VNPs and TNPs. P/N:17900, QTY-4. 3) Single Unit Rack Mount Kit (98-060-002-A0) Rackmount kit for mounting a single unit in a standard 19" racks. Compatible with all VNPs and TNPs. P/N: 17901, QTY-4. 4) VITEC Silver Service Program (Annual Plan) P/N: 14230, QTY-1. This requirement is sole sourced to Vitec Inc., 3174 Marjan Drive, Atlanta, GA. 30340 as the as they are custom configured and they have to work with our existing VITEC equipment. They provide unique features of low latency transmission over IP network as well as other features. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any form believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0143 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
