UPDATE: The Government has postponed the planned date for the issuance of a Request for Quotation. It is anticipated that a future planned solicitation/request for quotation associated with this notice will be posted in Contract Opportunities after October 1, 2023. The Government may issue a new number for the requirement and, if so, this notice will be updated referencing the new number. Offers and responses to the planned solicitation/request for quotation shall be submitted using the instructions in the solicitation/request for quotation. If the planned solicitation’s/ request for quotation’s instruction to offerors state the PIEE Solicitation module will be used for electronic proposal submission, Contractors are required to register in PIEE to obtain access to the solicitation module.
