T1100G/3690 196gsm PW 35% RC PN FT6243R – 3EF – 965 Item 5263 – Width 38” – Qty: 150 m2. This requirement is sole sourced to Toray Composite Materials America Inc. 19002 50th Ave. East, Tacoma, Washinton, 98446 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to owning the process for the manufacture of the slit tape and broadgood as well as the creation of T1100 carbon fiber and the 3960 epoxy matrix. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0131 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
