The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Winch Adapters - 1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced SUNBELT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT INC., 730 Perez Street, San Antonio, Texas 78207 due to this was previously competed and passed first article testing of the winch assembly(ies). This is not request for quote, but any firms believing that they can provide the Winch Adapters may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0068 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
