The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Yearly Renewal Parasoft C/C++ Maintenance - 1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced Parasoft, 101 E. Huntington Dr, 2nd Floor, Monrovia, CA 91016l as the only vendor able to provide that can provide Parasoft C/C++ Maintenance for the software already integrated into the environment that is already in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the Maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0064 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
