Box 278, Neptune New Jersey 07754-0278. Electro Impulse Laboratory, Inc. is the only vendor able to provide equipment with the exact specifications required by the Government. The pre-solicitation synopsis for this requirement was posted on 9 September 2022. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
