1) INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE: The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine which Certified 8(a) Small Business firms are capable to perform this effort, to assis... 1) INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE: The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine which Certified 8(a) Small Business firms are capable to perform this effort, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive, and to gain market knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 541513 for Computer Facilities Management Services, which has a corresponding size standard of $32.5 M for revenues. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the best 8(a) acquisition strategy for this procurement and make appropriate determinations about potential sources. No solicitation is currently available and as such this is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. A decision to set aside all or part of this requirement is dependent upon a review of the information submitted in response to this sources sought. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published. (2) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This requirement provides Conference Room and Audio Visual support services to the Corporate Customer Support Department. Support services in this contract include comprehensive conference room management; conference room scheduling,operation , and maintenance of AV equipment, Microsoft TEAMS, secure videoteleconferences, and secure telephone equipment; and support on and off-center Command Events, scheduling, operation, and maintenance for the Secure Business Center(s) at China Lake and Point Mugu, California. (3) REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: See Statement of Work (4) PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: It is expected that 100% to be performed at Government Installation(s). Government site(s) include China Lake, CA and Point Mugu, CA. (5) CONTRACT TYPE: The contract type is anticipated to be a five-year Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract with base plus options, with an anticipated start date in the fourth quarter of FY 23. (6) SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any 8(a) firms believing they can fulfill this requirement must provide documentation demonstrating that their company has submitted their National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-171 Basic Assessment and received a score within the Supplier Performance Risk System within the last three years. Additionally, as this requirement is anticipated to be Cost Plus Fixed Fee, any 8(a) firms believing they can fulfill this requirement must submit their documentation demonstrating that they have an approved accounting system. (7) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Not applicable. (8) CONTRACTOR RESPONSE: Any 8(a) firm believing they can fulfill this requirement may submit a capability statement or response which shall be considered by the agency no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice.
