This requirement is for manufacture, test and delivery of Band 1 and Band 2 (ISRFS and all its components), as well as, to provide hardware modifications that will significantly improve and maintain the Airborne Threat Simulation Organization’s (ATSO) capabilities as a leader in electronic attack (EA) and active emitter systems for the simulation of threats against US forces in a dynamic electronic warfare environments. The solicitation is expected to be released on or around 01 December 2022. Offers and responses to the solicitation shall be submitted using the instructions in Section L of the solicitation. If the solicitations Section L instruction to offerors state the PIEE Solicitation module will be used for electronic proposal submission, Contractors are required to register in PIEE to obtain access to the solicitation module. (1) INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE: The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources and their size classifications relative to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 334419 for Other Electronic Component Manufacturing which has a corresponding size standard of 750 employees. Responses to this sources sought will be utilized by the Government to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement and make the appropriate determinations about potential sources. No solicitation is currently available, as such; this is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract.
