This solicitation (N6893622R0005) is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis for a single Firm Fixed Price contract for the commercial purchase of a Portable Radio Frequency (RF) Recorder system. Items made outside the United States will not be accepted. The Government will not accept refurbished or gray market hardware. All hardware components/parts must be in new condition and purchased from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or from certified manufacturer resellers. Items purchased through an online marketplace such as eBay or items that have been refurbished are not acceptable. All hardware components and software for the RF Recorder system shall be delivered to the Government from the OEM authorized distributors and certificates shall be furnished upon delivery. ALL prices and quantities shall be guaranteed valid for 120 days from the response date. Delivery: Items shall be priced at Free On Board (FOB) Destination, located at Point Mugu, CA. The contractor shall deliver the RF Recorder within the required timeframe or due date specified on the resultant contract. Late delivery will not be accepted and will have a negative impact on the contractor’s performance for future Government procurements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334419 and the size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation or RFQ will be posted on Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov/ on or about 29 November 2021.
