The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Payload Assembly GQM SLUG - 1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced Peraton, 12975 Worldgate Dr., Herndon, VA as the only vendor able to provide these Payload Assembly GQM SLUG that has already performed the detailed design and analysis work necessary to manufacture a mass-representative shape to match existing equipment already being use. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0241 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
