The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) RSI-269-01 8 inch stripline, 65 EA; 2) RSI-1002-04 disposable firesets, 71 EA; 3) RSI-139-01 LEFFI, 65 EA; 4) RSI-856 (RSI MK 9) explosive lead, 160 EA; and 5) RSI-1002-05 Fireset, 6 EA. This requirement is sole sourced to Reynolds Systems, Inc., 18649 Hwy 75, Middletown, CA 95461, as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to proprietary components. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any form believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0229 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
