The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Czerny Turner Tunable Monochromator -1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced Optronic Laboratories, 4632 36th Street, Orlando FL 32811 as the only vendor able to provide that can provide Czerny Turner Tunable monochromator with the required characteristics that Optronic Laboratories, that is compatible in all aspect with the government calibration equipment currently in place, without causing programmatic hardship to program. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0200 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
