The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Spectrum Software(SW) Support- 1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced CRFS Inc, 4130-D Lafayette Center Drive, Chantilly VA as the only vendor able to provide the Spectrum SW Support due to CRFS is the sole provide of the Spectrum SW Support Montoring System equipment that this supports. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0225 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
