The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) LBA Technology, Inc. PLP-38PK-MOB (02) 38' Lightning Mast Roll-away. Lightning Protection Masts QTY 4. This requirement is sole sourced to LBA Technology, Inc. 3400 Tupper Drive, Greenville, NC 27834 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to it being a quick installation kit and all components of the system are corrosion resistant and are suitable for indefinite deployment periods in seacoast or harsh environments. There are no known other manufacturers approved for use. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0186 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
